Here's that video I mentioned earlier. The intent was just a quick promo video for the store's instagram page, and to that end, the notable points in the video are the sale title card animation and the photo-grid animation. I've been doing a lot of work in Apple Motion lately (hopefully I'll post the fruits of my labor next week!) and while I SHOULD have animated the sale title card there, I instead let FCPX do all the heavy lifting .... which resulted in a tedious *tweak-wait-two-minutes-to-render-tweak-again-rinse-repeat* work flow.
At least it looks cool, though.
And the photo grid ... I've been pulling some Motion templates for other projects and since I have so many photos for Strong Persuader, this felt like a good fit. Stylistically, it would probably have looked better to pull out one more layer in the photos.
